The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale

Your satisfaction is my number one priority! If you aren't satisfied with the item you purchased, please notify me immediately. I will do whatever I can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If there is a mistake in the design, spelling, or color, or the items are lost or damaged during shipping, the items will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer. Otherwise, personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange.If items are damaged during shipping, photographic proof is required. In this case, you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the package in order to receive a replacement, otherwise, the item will need to be repurchased.
Items that are not personalized or custom may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new and unused condition.
Refunds and exchanges will happen once the original item has been returned and inspected.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the amount of purchase, minus the shipping fees, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
