Shipping Policies
Most of our items are made-to-order, this can lead to longer than average production times. Our production time is about 7-14 business days (this does NOT include shipping time).
Shipments within the US take 2-8 days to arrive. Tracking numbers are available for all shipments. Once the item leaves our facility, we have no control over the shipping. Weather and other unexpected events can cause delays, so please keep this in mind when ordering with a deadline.
We can ship international, but it is important to know that international shipping is not guaranteed. Delays or damage can occur due to customs and are out of our control. It is the customer's duty and responsibility to pay customs charges when applicable. As with domestic shipping, we can only go by the pricing and delivery dates shown at the time of shipment.
